Hello Reader! Welcome to another update from... Okay, I can't even finish the introduction. I'm too excited! Big news!!!On April 11th I'm launching my first live online course—"How to stop feeling overwhelmed and remove burnout from your life forever!" This is the culmination of years of study, trial & error, and over $1000 spent on books and therapy. I'm really excited about this because I know I can help people transform their lives like I have my own. Also, if you sign up in the next couple weeks it will be $0. Free! The goal of the courseThe purpose of this course is to teach you how to critically evaluate your own life and make steps towards a lifestyle that is fun, fulfilling, and doesn't leave you feeling overwhelmed or burnt out. It's also worth mentioning that even though I'm advertising this course as a way to stop feeling overwhelmed, it does a LOT more than that. Here are some of the benefits I've seen in my own life from applying the strategies in this course:
Course outlineThe course will start April 11th and run for 3 weeks—every Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm MST (8:30-9:30 EST). The classes will be presented live on zoom with time set aside for questions and critical thinking exercises. The three modules of the course are,
Each class has an overarching theme and will teach three actionable strategies to reshape the way you think about your life—for a total of 9 life changing principles. The modules also build on each other so we can go through the steps of transformation together in sequence. Why I'm offering this for free (oh, and btw did I mention it's free?)What I need most is feedback. I need to make sure the presentation is so clear that as soon as you leave the class, you can immediately apply what you learned and watch your life transform. In the future, I expect this course will NOT be free. The ideas in this course are easily worth hundreds or thousands of dollars if applied correctly. What if the timing doesn't work for you?You have two options if you can't attend the course in April.
How do you sign up?If you're interested in the course, you can sign up instantly right now for free! Just click the button, enter your email, and I'll send you more information as we get closer to April 11th!

Dream Life Insight The problems with perfection Hi Reader! For a long time I was proud of my perfectionism. I wore it as a badge of honor—waving it before the world with a smile as I said something like, “I know it’s not good to be a perfectionist, but I just can’t help it”. If you’re like me, it’s hard to change when you don’t...
